Home Watch
Vacant homes need monitoring to ensure nothing has gone awry. As St. Augustine’s original and longest-running home watch company, our home watch and home management services are the mainstay of what we do—giving you peace of mind and taking care of everything while you’re away. Our professional property inspection services are vital for second homeowners and rental property owners who are away from their properties for extended periods of time.
Our Basic Services are built around a comprehensive checklist that touches on every key area of your home. We cover everything you should expect to give you complete peace of mind. This checklist can be expanded or customized as needed, ensuring every detail is covered.
Pre/Post-Storm Checks
When storm conditions threaten our area we can help. Rather than sending a friend or neighbor over, allow CHW to thoroughly check your home and property to determine what actions might be needed before and after a storm. We look for signs of damage, secure vulnerable areas, and provide you with updates so you know exactly how your property has fared. With CHW on call, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your home is protected when you can’t be there.

Services
We provide reliable access and oversight for contractors, repairmen, delivery teams, and other service providers, ensuring the job is done right while you’re away. This includes the inspection of your cleaning services and the inspection of your yard maintenance, giving you confidence that routine work is being carried out to your standards. Whether need peace of mind during everyday service visits or you’re managing a long-distance home build or remodel, we act as your eyes on the ground. We’ll meet and monitor providers, confirm work is properly completed, and offer digital photo reporting for your records.
As needed, we can meet service vendors or contractors, accept large deliveries, alarm response, and other requests that require a trusted presence at your home. Leaving a key with a neighbor isn't ideal as they may not be available when needed, or if you just aren't comfortable giving your neighbors that responsibility, and providing them open access to your home and possessions. Any situations requiring the use of your key will be handled in a secure and professional manner. Having CHW hold your key will allow you to manage these situations from afar.​

Rental Property Support
Our concierge services are available à la carte, included in a custom package, or, depending on your needs, even bundled with your basic services. Some examples of services:

We offer key services for guests, including post-rental evaluations to identify any issues that may have occurred during a stay. We also provide periodic monitoring of your home, as well as oversight of your property manager, rental agent, cleaning services, and other vendors.
Please note that we do not book or facilitate rentals between owners and guests.
