First thing I will say is that thanks to Kurt, I believe we will live longer! It's wonderful to be in In Ireland for 2 months and know that we have nothing to worry about. We even had a mail problem that Kurt took care of. We returned home to a clean home that was well taken care of.
A major problem last summer was that our porch was covered with "mud bugs" – something like that. I forgot the proper name. Thanks to Kurt, as we had asked him to watch for that, we returned to a clean porch. He even assassinated a wasp nest & I am allergic to bees and would have never seen that when we returned in the dark the other night. Now, thanks to Coast Home Watch of St. Augustine, we can continue & increase our travel plans. I don't think I can express how happy I am limited to words. We've used this small business for about a year now and are very satisfied. Kurt visits our vacation house for routine checks when we're not there. He is practical and handles the idiosyncrasies of each house well.
He's also very effective at non-routine work. When I've needed repair work, I can first talk with (for example) the HVAC company, then ask Kurt to call them and arrange a mutually convenient time for an appointment. He will make the call, then meet the contractor and make sure the house is secure afterwards.
He's reliable, trustworthy, and very competent.
